Returns & Refunds
MacFin garments take a huge amount of time, attention and loving care to make and I want every piece to find a beloved place in your wardrobe.
Please thoroughly check the specific garment measurements and details before making your purchase. If you have any questions at all please get in touch via the contact form or by emailing macfinwear@gmail.com.
If for any reason your MacFin purchase arrives and isn’t quite right for you, email within 30 days of making your purchase to arrange a return.
Items can only be returned in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition with tags still attached.
Due to the amount of time it takes to make each garment, I am unfortunately currently unable to cover the cost of return postage. Please use a tracked delivery service to send your return, as I wont be able to refund you if the item goes missing.
If you are sending a return from outside the UK, you may also be responsible for covering any customs charges that are incurred.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
As all MacFin stock is currently one-off pieces, I am unable to offer any direct exchanges.
